What We Service:
We can service fleets from 5 - 100. Any type of commercial vehicle or equipment: Delivery vehicles, Cranes, Forklifts, All Dirt & Construction Equipment, Compressors/Generators, Trucks, Busses, Automobiles, Welding Machines, Fuel Tanks, and more!
Bar Code System:
 A 3.5" x 1.5" Kokosa Fuels bar code is placed on each customer vehicle, Kokosa Fuels employee scans the bar code, our onboard system records the account number, vhicle ID number, gallons dispensed, date and time. A print out of this info is left with the customer at completion of delivery service.
No hand-written fuel tickets means better accuracy and accounting.
Quarterly Reports:
No need to collect fuel stop receipts for tax purposes: Kokosa Fuels supplies customers with quarterly reports detailing account number, vhicle id number, gallons dispensed, date and time.
